About Me
Welcome Yogi!
Thank you so much for visiting my page!
You may already know me and have perhaps been to a class of mine in-person or online, if you have, thank you so much for continuing your journey with me! If you are new to my page and my classes, feel free to read on to find out a little more about me, my yoga background and what keeps me jumping on the mat.
I teach a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra and Kundalini. Over the last 3 years I have had the pleasure of teaching group and personalised private sessions both in-person and online. Working with big named brands like TUI to create teaching manuals and train their fitness experts to deliver yoga classes in resorts across the world, and Bush & Co and BMW to provide corporate yoga classes both in-person and online. Working full-time as a Project Manager in transportation yoga is my creative outlet, perhaps one day it will become my full-time passion.
I truly started living and breathing yoga after completing my training in India @ Drishti Yoga International, a school with truly amazing teachers who I can't thank enough for both inspiring me and giving me an incredible amount of knowledge to deliver this practice to others. This training was the most physically and mentally intense experience of my life, but also the most rewarding and life-changing. After several years of jumping on my mat and completing my Yoga Teacher Training, my confidence has soared, my body has changed becoming stronger and more flexible, but more importantly the image of myself has changed. Yoga to me is all about discovering and loving the best version of yourself and this is a gift I want to give to everyone who attends my classes. I try to keep my classes budget friendly, helping everyone jump on the mat and reap all the rewards yoga has to offer. So whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for many years my aim is for you to leave the class feeling refreshed, feeling good about your body and inspired to keep rolling out your mat.
Thank you for taking this journey with me.
